Distribution and Payment

Earnings from each sale will be calculated at the time of purchase and distributed to the athlete on a monthly basis. Payments will be made directly to the athlete's designated payout method, most commonly PayPal.

By joining the NIL Merch Collection program, each athlete understands and consents to these terms including the associated earnings distribution model and the possibility of funds being allocated for operational or quality control purposes.

This agreement helps ensure a reliable and sustainable experience for all athletes participating in the Athlete Brands merchandise platform.
