Athlete Brands Network - Athlete Access Terms of Service

Terms & Conditions – Athlete Brands Network

By joining the Athlete Brands Network (“Network”), provided by Athlete Brands LLC, a Colorado-registered marketing agency (“Agency”), you (“Athlete”) agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Nature of Services

Athlete Brands LLC provides NIL-related support services, which may include:

  • Brand introductions and access to promotional opportunities

  • Custom merchandise store setup, hosting, and promotion

  • Social media and UGC (User-Generated Content) campaign opportunities

  • Paid advertising management using athlete content

  • Community access to affiliate and NIL deal opportunities

We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or contract negotiation services. Athletes are encouraged to consult with their own legal or financial advisors.

2. Membership & Access

  • The Network requires a $10/month membership fee to remain active.

  • Accounts with unpaid membership fees will be marked as pending. Pending accounts are not eligible to receive merchandise payouts, deal access, or new opportunities until payment is restored.

  • Athletes may cancel at any time by contacting: athletebrands@gmail.com.

3. Non-Exclusive & Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Network is non-exclusive and voluntary. Athletes are free to work with other agencies, brands, schools, or collectives. You are not obligated to accept any opportunities presented through the Network. Athlete Brands LLC does not serve as your legal agent or representative.

4. Merchandise & Compensation

  • Merchandise profits are split 75/25 (athlete/agency) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payouts are sent monthly via PayPal, Venmo, or another agreed method.

  • Important: Merchandise payouts will only be sent to athletes with an active, paid membership. Pending or inactive accounts forfeit payout eligibility until reinstated.

  • Athletes are responsible for reporting income to their school, institution, or tax authorities as required.

5. NIL Deal Access & Partnerships

The Network provides athletes with:

  • At least 3 new NIL deal opportunities per month

  • Access to affiliate campaigns, discount codes, and brand partnerships

  • Opportunities that may originate from both third-party brands and brands directly managed by Athlete Brands LLC

All NIL deals are voluntary and subject to brand approval. Athlete Brands LLC cannot guarantee any specific NIL deal, contract, or compensation.

6. Athlete Conduct & Expectations

By joining, you agree to:

  • Maintain professionalism in all brand interactions and content

  • Represent your personal brand, stats, and social presence accurately

  • Avoid conduct that may harm Athlete Brands, its partners, or violate NCAA/state/school NIL rules

7. Compliance & Reporting

  • You are responsible for ensuring your NIL activities comply with NCAA/state/institutional policies.

  • Athlete Brands LLC is not liable for non-compliance or failure to disclose compensation to your institution.

8. Termination

  • Athletes may cancel anytime by contacting athletebrands@gmail.com.

  • Athlete Brands LLC may remove an athlete at its discretion if terms are violated.

  • Final eligible payouts (if any) will be processed within 30 days of termination, provided the membership is active and paid at that time.

9. Disclaimer

Athlete Brands LLC is a marketing agency—not a legal representative or agent. We cannot guarantee NIL earnings or outcomes. Opportunities depend on athlete performance, fit, and brand approval.

10. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once services are accessed (e.g., dashboard access, deal placement, merchandise setup).

  • Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 7 days of sign-up and no services have been delivered.

  • To request a refund, email athletebrands@gmail.com with your name, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

11. Acknowledgment

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand that Athlete Brands LLC provides marketing services and NIL opportunities, not legal or agency representation.
